Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven, business-minded Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a strategic, field-based B2B role focused on developing long-term relationships with commercial business owners, property owners, facility managers, and general contractors. You'll play a critical role in expanding our commercial footprint, coordinating on-site inspections, closing service contracts, and helping businesses ensure their wastewater systems remain compliant, efficient, and problem-free.

 

Strong candidates for this position will be self-motivated, confident in cold outreach and networking, and skilled in solution-based selling. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mentality who can develop pipelines from scratch and grow accounts over time.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B leads: Identify and approach commercial prospects (restaurants, plazas, apartment complexes, industrial sites, etc.) through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Close service contracts: Sell scheduled maintenance programs, inspections, pumping, and installation services tailored to commercial clients.
  • Build long-term relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying new service opportunities and managing contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with operations: Work closely with our technician team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
  • Maintain CRM records: Track activity, manage follow-ups, and report performance metrics.
  • Represent the brand: Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.

 

Who You Are

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Adaptable and fast learner - must learn to diagnose septic issues on-site.
  • Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Business-casual attire (uniform shirts and materials will be provided).
  • Ability to use a mobile interface for tracking sales activity.
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets

Technician / CDL Driver (Full or Part Time)

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Technician / CDL Driver to join our growing field operations team. In this hands-on role, you will operate vacuum trucks and service equipment to perform septic system maintenance, repairs, and emergency cleanouts. You’ll be the face of our service on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and job accuracy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to grow with a company that values internal promotion and skill development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Operate vacuum trucks and related service equipment to pump, clean, and inspect septic systems.
  • Safely drive to and from job sites across Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
  • Complete basic diagnostics of system issues and communicate findings clearly to customers and management.
  • Record service details via our mobile platform, including photos and notes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and uphold safety and DOT compliance standards.
  • Represent the company professionally on-site with customers and within the community.
  • Support other field team members as needed and participate in occasional emergency or after-hours service calls.

 

Who You Are

  • U.S. Citizen with a valid Class B CDL (with Tank endorsement)
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from yard
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Detail-oriented and dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor daily
  • Willing to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed
  • Prior septic or construction experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training

Junior Technician (Full or Part Time)

This is an entry-level, hands-on field position ideal for individuals who are comfortable with physical labor, looking for good hourly compensation, and potentially looking to build a career in the wastewater industry. No prior experience or CDL is required — we provide full training and clear paths for advancement into senior technician and CDL-certified roles if desired.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians on residential and commercial service calls.
  • Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting heavy equipment, and using basic hand tools.
  • Help with septic pumping, inspections, and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and job sites.
  • Learn diagnostic techniques and septic system basics through on-the-job training.
  • Follow all safety protocols and represent the company professionally on-site.

 

Who You Are
